Happy Chinese New Year!

16 FEBRUARY 2018

Best wishes for a healthy & properous new year from all of us at TGSB

Happy New Year!

January 2018

Greetings from Tujuan Gemilang, and our best wishes for a healthy and successful year in 2018!

It feels like only yesterday when we began construction on Tamarind Suites (and Tamarind Square, collectively known as TSQ) but before we knew it, we are in the final stages of work already.

Last year, Cyberjaya celebrated its 20th anniversary. Some of the interesting things that are happening in Cyberjaya are:

  • The first Chinese smart school in Cyberjaya, SJK (C) Union is now ready and the first day of school will be on 1st March 2018.
  • A new international school, King Henry VIII College is open for enrollment and will begin operations in September 2018.
  • Work on the government hospital is on track and set to open in 2020.
  • Construction of MRT II is on-going and is expected to complete by 2022, with two MRT stations in Cyberjaya (S34 and S35) before terminating in Putrajaya Sentral.

Closer to home, a lot of progress has been made at TSQ:

  • In 2017, we handed over Phase 1 to the owners and completed Phase 2 of TSQ.
  • In November 2017, the first batch of shops and offices moved into their premises. Slowly but surely, the population of TSQ is growing.
  • BookXcess renovations are well underway and they should be ready for their soft opening around end March 2018. Look out for their updates!
  • Village Grocer has also taken site possession and they will begin renovations soon.

There is still time for you or your friends and family to be a part of these exciting happenings at TSQ. We have a few units of shops and offices ranging from 1,142sf to 2,948sf for sale from only RM538,000. Please do not hesitate to call Alex at 012 – 2641 496 or 03 – 7728 0300 for more details on available units and attractive sales packages.
